Sandbox Xtet is an electroacoustic improvisational duo based in Brooklyn, NY.
The group uses live-sampling techniques to manipulate and develop ideas in real time, transforming both original and traditional melodies into live beats and electronic soundscapes.
The duo consists of Thomas Davis (keys, voice) and James Robotham (reeds, bass).
